Right now I have none. I know I cant be that bad. I'm 5'4 110lbs after haveing 3 kids long black hair , medieum skin tone, okay complextion, I'm educated, and a serious thinker. But somewhere I lost all of my self esteem. What do men find attrative in a woman??

I'd stay give yourself an image overhaul to make your self feel better first, then try to think positive about things, start to enjoy life,maybe do things you have not done before, with your kids or Friends. basically put the past behind you gradually everyday is my motto!

awhat you surround yourself with ( support network )

you goals

all of this tie into your self esteem

so you must look at what has been damaged to erode the self esteem you once had

you'll more than liely find you let some things ( good habits ) go once you were in a postive relationship or after it ended ( as is typical )

and sometime it's becomes a cacading effect, as once one thing goes so does the other and then your outlook and you self worth go down with it

to ask what men find attrative in a women is too broad a question

you must define yourself first

pretend it's a job interview you are going on

yes you have competition for the same job

but you WELCOME the competion and the challange of beating other competitors

so based on that you must look and act your best

with a winning smile and attitude
