What is the problem with people wearing hair rollers?

Why do a lot of people object to this practice, As it is the best way to curl your hair without causing damage to it.

Also if you see a women all nicely dressed dashing into a shop or picking up her kids with rollers still in her hair why does she get judged so harshly by some people as it is obvious that she has taken some time to set her hair and that she has probably not planned to go out in them, and wants to look her best when she goes out in the evening on a date or whatever

LOL! i see this too.and women wearing shower caps.its like you could at least put a scarf on to cover those rollers or the shower cap up.

I suppose it is the same people that fuss about people running errands in a comfy robe or those adorable bunny houseshoes. I would much rather people be clean, healthy, and cheerful than grumpy, judgemental and harsh. Life is indeed too short for those grumblers to have an impact on the optimistic, or I prefer the term "realist."

You said it yourself the women was dress nicely and have rollers on her head. Don't you think that this is a little bit odd? I will understand if she wearing pajamas but wearing nice dress. I'm not judgmental but this is our society that easily judge how we look whether you wear rollers or not. I went out with my jogging pants and just clipped my hair, then enter this classy department store. I saw suit that I really like, I asked the saleslady how much, she did ignore me, I thought she just not here me, then I repeated it again, then she look at me from head to foot, a look that "Do you think you can afford this". I was upset of course, I told her should not judge people who is coming to her shop because that person could probably have more money than she has. My point is no matter what we do there is always people who will judge us, we can't please everybody. So don't be upset.
