Why do all the kids on St Jude's commercials look the same?

I notice that all the kids shown with cancer [Poor things, I know..] are Caucasian. Am I wrong, do they ever show black kids with cancer and no hair or is it just that there are many many white kids there? I have seen a black kid or two on the commercial but they always still have hair.

I think it may have to do with white infants/children having substantially higher cancer rates then blacks in almost all forms of cancer.

Maybe they're worried about looking racist by showing a bald black person.
