Why has my hair color changed (with pics)?

When I was a kid I had blond hair now I have dark brown hair.

The question is WTF happened? Has this happened to anyone you know?

Hair gets darker in most people as they age. Yours was light brown to begin with it looked like anyway, now it's just darker brown. My younger brother had platinum blonde hair up until age 5 or so and now his is light brown.

mine actually went from a really deep red to really bright blond, kind of the opposite, and I get upset when I look back at my hair from when I was little because I love it and wish it would have stayed :(
