NFL needs To Ban Hair Out Side The Helmet?

The NFL needs to do some thing with the hair hanging out the helmet. If they want to be a bunch fags with there long hair hanging down the go to the fag bowl. This is setting a bad example to kids. Lots of football leagues for kids and high schools have banned hair out side the helmet. Very unsafe the need to lean over there car engine and let there hair get rapped around the fan belt. Then they will rethink having the hair out side the helmet. I was in a auto shop and seen that happen to a worker it was ugly.

Ahhhh...The fashion police rule....

Good one!

If they want to get their hair pulled out, it is up to them.

Bad example? What are you, an 80 year old geezer? All those woman in the stands wearing pants must really get to you too, huh?

Then turn the channel. Nobody is forcing you to watch the game.

I understand your displeasure about the thought. However, there is NO NEED to be rude %26amp; insensitive.

I agree, but not because they look ugly (on the contrary, I think its cool when the dreadlocked hair sways from side to side as the player run). It could be dangerous to the player when the hair get pulled and in a tense situation he could end up breaking his neck.

Is this the pro football site or the auto shop site?

Get a grip. Long hair doesn't indicate sexual preference anymore than playing football has anything to do with car engines and fan belts.

This ain't the Yankees

Fags???? LMAO I would love, love to see you call em 1, please.

Who cares if they have long hair or not? I would use it against them and tackle them with a handful. I've seen it happen and it is legal.

That is rediculous. That's like saying that pro sports should ban tattoos because it sets a bad example, or to say that smoking in movies should be banned for the same reason.

If someone got their hair caught in an engine, its called negligence, and has nothing to do with the way people present themselves in the NFL.

Sounds like the moral police are out....

And God said go an enforce your beliefs with no mercy upon every person you encounter.....

fukc the kids. live and learn.

kids' leagues ban it for safety reasons. the NFL employs men. if they want their hair pulled, they can.

That would be a ridiculous rule. If they grow their hair out, that's their decision and there are risks involved with it. It's fair game to tackle a player by their dreadlocks. That's why Ricky Williams cut his back when he was still a relevant football player. Guys like Troy Polamolu have made that part of their personality. And I certainly don't think they are "fags" for it.

I don't understand how long hair is a bad example. Someone is too much like Hank Hill or people in the 1960's who think long hair is "the devil"

Well I don't think the league should regulate that, but if I were coaching, I'd make it an issue. You can be tackled by pulling the hair, and as with the play in the Steeler vs Jaguars game. If your hair is out of bounds you are out of bounds.

If there is a chance it could hurt your performance, then get rid of it!
