i am female 29 , kids , married , my hair is light and thin and dry , it falls like nothing ?? , i also used impules evr week , every week olive oil , now i am taking good diet and also taking evion tablet ,i gave hot towel massage on olive oil, i also leave straitner heat straightner, but i have the problem , that my hair is growing and there is no body in my hair ,i think i am taking care of my hair the most , but no help , what is that i am doing wrong ? what should i do pls help me .

you are taking good care of your hair...

make just one change... apply coconut oil in place of olive oil...

reduce shampooing to maximum twice a week...

ensure applying conditioner after each shampoo...

Leave it alone! Don't use so much stuff on it, wash only every 4 days or more (you'll feel more "body" after 2nd day), get a good haircut that suits your face shape and hair. Relax and stop stressing about it - that will only make it worse.
