Totally normal. This is the time when your hormones are starting to regulate. All moms lose hair around 3 or 4 months after birth. I could pull out 20 strands or so at any time just by running my hand through my hair! in the shower there were like a 100 every day! It will ease up in a month or so, just be sure none gets wrapped around baby fingers or toes.
